Hi Rick,
Thank you once again for all that you did for my little Ruffles. As you very well know, Ruffles is everything for me and has saved my life so to speak. Having this with his sudden behavior problems and anxiety, I thought that nothing could be done, but you and your training proved me and all the vets wrong.
Thank you for having my little Ruffles back to the sweet guy he has always been, and for helping him learn such valuable lessons.
